Construction Specification Specialist

We are seeking a Construction Specification Specialist to join our team at MRB Group. As a key member of our engineering and architecture services, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience working with specification writing software such as BSD Spec-Link.
This is a full-time position based in Rochester, NY. The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Requirements:- Develop and maintain technical specifications for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that specifications meet design intent and technical requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
