Job Description
  • Develop detailed technical specifications for construction projects, aligning with design and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure specifications meet design intent and technical requirements.
  • Analyze construction materials and methods to make informed recommendations based on cost, durability, and compatibility.
  • Maintain and update specification documents throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in specifications writing and formatting for architecture, engineering, or construction firms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Salary Information
