Construction and Maintenance Operations Specialist

Crown Castle International Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Network Engineer to oversee the day-to-day activities of network construction teams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing fiber splicing and engineering support within an assigned geographic area. Your expertise in network construction standards, project management, and people management will drive the success of our projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Supervisors of Network Construction, Network Construction Managers, and Splicers in support of District construction demands, Cap and OpEx management, as well as KPIs
- Work jointly with leadership from NOC, Engineering, Field Operations, and Change management teams
- Establish, monitor, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of deliverables and supporting workflows to measure operational performance and identify areas for process efficiencies
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Crown Castle construction standards, processes, and procedures
Requirements
- 5 years of experience performing direct supervision/management of employees and network engineering design, splicing, and/or construction implementation experience
- Strong background in and a good working knowledge of fiber optic infrastructure engineering, construction, and restoration methods
- Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) installation standards and practices
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Crown Castle offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
Work Environment
This role falls into our hybrid work model, with a mix of office and remote work. On Monday and Fridays, teammates have the option to work from home or the office.
