Construction Heavy Equipment Operator

Romax Site Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Construction Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Isle of Grain, Kent. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy equipment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of safety and quality.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday, in person, at £20.00 per hour. The successful candidate will have Blue CPCS certification (Nvg Lvl 2), Full PPE, and at least six months of experience as a 360 Operator and in construction.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Construction Heavy Equipment Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Working closely with other operators and site teams to ensure project completion on time.
- Complying with all safety regulations and guidelines.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Hold a valid Blue CPCS certification (Nvg Lvl 2).
- Have a minimum of six months' experience as a 360 Operator and in construction.
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
