Childcare Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and caring Deputy Home Manager to work with us at Work With Vista. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing care and support to children in a 3-bed home based in the Walton Vale area of Liverpool.
About the Job:
- You will work closely with our children to implement care plans and promote independence while fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- You will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
- You will develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.

Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families where applicable.
- Experience in childcare or working with children is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
- Previous experience supporting children with various needs is an advantage.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting children as needed.
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and reporting on client progress.
