Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized advice on our range of financial products and services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Proactively contact customers to discuss their needs and preferences, and identify opportunities to deliver exceptional service.
  • Use internal systems to maintain accurate customer records and ensure that vulnerable customers receive the support they need.
  • Adhere to and understand the appropriate policies, standards, controls, and limits of authority applicable to your role.
