### Main Duties & Responsibilities


  • Research, track, maintain, and update leads on our CRM system
  • Qualify leads against outlined qualification criteria
  • Schedule and distribute marketing content online to key leads and prospects
  • Assist with communication between smaller customer accounts and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business services
  • Develop a multi-layer relationship structure between the business and its customers
  • Conduct customer research on key leads
  • Find key decision-makers and their contact information for qualified leads
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to schedule online content on our website and social media accounts
  • Provide accurate and timely information to our management team
  • Make first touch-point contact outreach via digital or phone to leads and prospects
  • Build a portfolio of leads and prospects and assist in business development activities
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of our department's activities
  • Employ analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and attend them to facilitate their success
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships


### Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Enthusiasm for research and developing a prospect through to conversion
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Interest in business and developing an understanding of good business practices
  • Proven experience in a lead generation/sales role, or an Undergraduate Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
