Job Overview:
CV Library is seeking an experienced FMCG Quality Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Quality Team, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related activities and ensuring customer requirements are consistently met in our dynamic FMCG manufacturing environment. This includes analysing and resolving non-conformances through thorough root cause analysis and providing expert guidance on developing and refining the Quality Management Systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to meet evolving business needs.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance in relation to Quality, guaranteeing adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • Analyse and resolve non-conformances through thorough root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Prior experience managing the Quality function in a regulated engineering/manufacturing setting such as Automotive or Aerospace, with a strong understanding of relevant quality management systems.

About the Salary:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £52,500 per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in quality management.
