The **QEHS Senior Assistant** plays a critical role in managing day-to-day business policies, processes, and procedures to drive excellence. This position requires proactive involvement in the plant to maintain high standards of H&S and Product Quality across the business.

  • Lead risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to reduce risk.
  • Analyze performance data to improve quality management procedures and enhance overall quality.
  • Review customer requirements, manage returns, and implement corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain internal quality standards and develop training plans to support QEHS expectations.
  • Monitor site performance on QEHS issues and provide statistical reports to inform decision-making.

This role requires experience and/or knowledge of Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety Management Systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also necessary. A NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent is desired.
