Job Title: Mechanical Site Services Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Services Engineer to join our team at Zenith People.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the site energy centre and primary services, including compressed air, chilled water, and DI water plant.

* Oversee the management of incoming utilities, including water, natural gas, and drainage services.

* Develop and implement full lifecycle asset maintenance strategies and schedules for mechanical services.

* Ensure the safe working procedures are in place, in accordance with recognised industry standards and approved codes of practice.

* Coordinate, control, and safely manage external contractors, including contract management.

* Manage major breakdown incidents, restoration, and corrective maintenance.

* Prepare and control annual Capex and Opex budgets.

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to the above, the Mechanical Site Services Engineer may also be involved in new plant development activity, including:

* Preparation of mechanical services design specifications.

* Implementation and ongoing management of Building and Energy Management Systems.

* Project management and coordination, including project budget preparation and cashflow management.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Management, or equivalent.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant building services or mechanical engineering role.

* Demonstrable experience in a high volume production environment.

* Strong PC skills, including MS applications, MS Project, and AutoCad/Revit or similar applications.

* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
