Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Spa Apprentice. As a winner of the Emerging Talent Initiative, we are excited to offer this unique opportunity for qualified Level 2 Beauty students or those looking to expand their skills in a luxury boutique spa environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Our Academy will provide you with the opportunity to work with us on a full-time basis and 'earn while you learn'. You will attend 3 days of training per month across 20 months, either at one of our hotels or at our training centre in Gloucester, with accommodation and travel costs covered.

You will join us in initially mastering reception duties, before honing your Level 2 skills with ESPA training to deliver facials. As your training continues, so will your experience, allowing you to train and deliver massage, body wraps, and advanced treatments, all supported by 'Eden Masterclasses' with TEMPLE SPA and JESSICA.

What You'll Need
  • To be successful, you will have gained a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy;
  • To be committed and passionate about a career within the beauty/spa industry;
  • To be prepared to apply yourself to the Level 3 qualification and studies and work hard in recognition of this amazing opportunity;
  • A passion to provide holistic and beauty therapies according to a five-star spa service standard;
  • Exceptional grooming standards;
  • A positive 'can do' attitude, a good sense of humour, team spirit, and a real and evident passion for both the industry and for Elan Spas.
What to Expect

Our Spa opening times are usually between 6:30am-9:30pm Monday-Friday, and 8am-8pm Saturday. You will work a minimum of 30 hours, across 5 days per week (inclusive of training days). Our spas are busiest from Friday to Sunday, with weekends off awarded on a rotation basis.
