We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Spa/Leisure Attendant.

About the Role:

As a Spa/Leisure Attendant, you will be a visible presence in and around the pool area, greeting guests and building a rapport with members or residents. You will work within company and legal guidelines, ensuring the pool, gym, and changing areas are clean and tidy, towels are replenished, and guests adhere to session timings. You will also support the Spa Therapists with the preparation and cleaning of the treatment rooms in the Elan Spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with guests and members of the hotel team.
  • Ensure the pool, gym, and changing areas are clean and tidy, and towels are replenished.
  • Support the Spa Therapists with the preparation and cleaning of the treatment rooms.
  • Adhere to company and legal guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
