Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Director for Senior Leadership to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Support logistics for events, conferences, and meetings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Bilingual speaker (English and European language)
  • Good judgment, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
