Sandal Motor Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to join our team in Wakefield.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and human resources functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
- Payroll Administration:
- Monthly compilation, input, and review of all payroll submissions.
- Issuing payslips and P45s.
- Completing P11Ds and managing Class 1A responsibilities.
- Responding to inquiries from third parties and colleagues regarding payroll matters.
- HR Support:
- Assisting with the production of contracts and offer letters.
- Ensuring the completion of induction paperwork for new employees.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Providing administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly organized, accurate, and detail-conscious individual with proven experience in administration. A strong understanding of payroll procedures and previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous.
You will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
