Child Welfare Professional

As a Social Worker in our Family Safeguarding Team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families within the CIN CP Court framework. This includes assessing needs, developing and implementing plans, and working with multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's needs and circumstances.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet the needs of children and their families.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Post-qualifying experience in statutory social work, particularly in the CIN CP Court area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
