Job Title: Engineering and Maintenance Planner

ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance Planning:
    * Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
    * Coordinate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal production levels.
    * Liaise with contractors to schedule and manage maintenance activities.
  2. CWorks CMMS:
    * Manage and maintain the CWorks CMMS system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
    * Generate and distribute maintenance schedules and reports to relevant teams.
  3. Compliance:
    * Ensure all equipment and facilities are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
    * Conduct regular audits to identify and address any compliance issues.
  4. General Admin:
    * Manage contractor permits and inductions.
    * Monitor and report on engineering attendance and overtime.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
* Strong knowledge of CWorks CMMS and other maintenance management systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
