Job Title: Engineering and Maintenance Planner

ETS Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance Planning:
    * Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
    * Coordinate with production teams to schedule routine equipment services and ensure all paperwork is audit-ready.
    * Liaise with contractors to arrange visits and coordinate machine downtime for servicing.
  2. CWorks CMMS:
    * Implement software updates to ensure seamless operation of our CMMS system.
    * Generate and maintain weekly PPM/Condition-Based Monitoring Schedules for machines in production and industrial engineering.
    * Create and implement new maintenance schedules as needed.
    * Ensure asset register is up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Compliance:
    * Plan and coordinate statutory insurance inspections of equipment, including LOLER/PUWER and PSSR.
    * Monitor, action, and record corrective works related to L8 - Cooling Towers, Domestic Water Systems, and Chlorine Dioxide.
    * Ensure all new and current equipment are food-safe, with material compliance and conformity declarations.
    * Ensure all equipment calibrations and inspections are up-to-date.
  4. General Admin:
    * Manage contractor control, permits, and inductions, including RAMS.
    * Monitor engineering attendance and overtime.
    * Ensure all relevant departments are advised when contractors are working within their area.
    * Generate and monitor Engineering KPI figures and data analysis.
