As an Administrative Officer at Belmond Management, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations team. Your primary focus will be on journey planning, guest planning, and guest relations services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of journeys
- Assist with guest planning, including allocations, special requests, and diets
- Provide excellent guest relations services, responding to queries and concerns
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
