About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support children with SEN in a reputable Manchester secondary school. Job Description:
Work alongside experienced staff to provide tailored support to pupils, addressing their unique needs and goals. Collaborate with the school and Aspire People to ensure effective communication and consistent progress monitoring. Utilize your knowledge and skills to create engaging lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, and academic growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires a degree 2:2 or above, preferably in psychology but any subject considered, along with experience or knowledge of SEN. You should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, being able to build rapport with pupils, colleagues, and parents alike. Excellent organisational and time management skills are also essential to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Benefits and Remuneration:
The estimated daily salary for this role is £85-100, paid Monday to Friday, term time only. A DBS check is mandatory, with safeguarding training offered.
