Mamas & Papas is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal Department on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to support the business in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property, and property matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to support business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on mitigating risks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external counsel and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of commercial law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
