Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing Legal Department on a part-time basis. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in providing legal advice and guidance to our business teams, ensuring that we operate in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our business teams on a range of commercial, data protection, intellectual property, and property matters.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of our company's legal strategy.
  • Collaborate with our business teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Conduct research and analysis on complex legal issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a commercial or in-house setting.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial law, data protection, intellectual property, and property law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
