Vice Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal to join our team at Studfall Junior Academy. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational vision and direction of our academy.

• Support the Principal in the overall management of the academy, including strategic planning and decision-making.
• Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Principal, ensuring continuity and stability in the academy's operations.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, behaviour, and professional conduct, promoting a culture of integrity, resilience, and ambition.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote student welfare, safety, and well-being.
