Vice Principal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice Principal to join our team at Studfall Junior Academy. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational direction of our academy and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning.

• Assume the role of Principal in their absence, ensuring continuity and stability in the leadership of the academy.
• Uphold public trust in academy leadership and maintain high standards of ethics, behaviour and professional conduct.
• Build positive and respectful relationships across the academy community, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
• Serve in the best interests of the academy's students, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
• Demonstrate the academy values of Integrity, Resilience and Ambition, embodying these principles in your leadership and decision-making.
