Our client is expanding globally over the next 12 months and seeks a highly skilled Crane Maintenance Engineer to join their team. The role is based in the UK, with regular deployments onshore and offshore. A comprehensive package includes a competitive daily wage while on retainer (£70,000) and daily per diem while deployed on a job (£150).

Job Description:
This role involves commissioning, maintenance, inspection, and servicing of cranes and lifting equipment, ensuring all site HSEQ requirements are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical engineering, with a strong understanding of preventative maintenance principles. A BOSIET certification and IT literacy are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Rigging and lift planning
  • Minimise environmental risks when undertaking tasks
  • Work safely with all site staff to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance on offshore cranes
  • BOSIET certified
  • IT literate
