**About the Role**: As a Pediatric Speech Therapist, you will conduct assessments to identify the speech and language needs of students. You will develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs, working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the child's development. You will also provide guidance and training to school staff to support communication strategies within the classroom, monitor and evaluate student progress, and stay updated on relevant research, techniques, and best practices in speech and language therapy.

**What We're Looking For**: A qualified Speech & Language Therapist with a relevant degree and registration with the appropriate regulatory body, demonstrated experience working with children, particularly within a school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to engage and motivate students. A collaborative team player who can build effective partnerships with teachers, parents, and external agencies is required.
