This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective use of medicines for patients. This will involve working closely with healthcare professionals to provide expert advice on pharmaceutical care and medication management.

You will also conduct medication reviews and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Additionally, you will administer vaccinations and provide immunization services as part of patient care.
