Business Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive, accurate and comprehensive support to the Senior Management teams within the Manufacturing Resource & Capability departments.
- Create and maintain MS Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, MS Word documents accurately.
- Be practical and influential within the teams they support.
- Have great communication skills and confidence in building stakeholder networks.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Assist new starters within the Resource & Capability and Quality Assurance teams.
- Use reporting systems for Health & Safety support and SAP Missile Production.
- Attend H&S meetings, create agendas and take actions.
- Maintain Manufacturing Intranet site.
- Utilise shared inbox.
Main Tasks and Objectives
- Complex diaries, extensive travel arrangements and expenses.
- Organise meetings, events, training days, participate when required and take and manage actions.
- The role requires a high level of accountability, integrity, resilience and the ability to work within a team.
- Participation in UK Support Function initiatives and personal development initiatives.
- Understanding and utilising MBDA systems.
- Assist the project and/or functional population to optimise efficiency throughout the business.
- Develop to become the knowledge point of contact within the project and/or function.

- You will need to exhibit a high level of resilience, communication and organisation skills and attention to detail, which is key to success in this role.
