Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our team at AXA Commercial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business objectives and ensuring the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their leadership team in achieving business objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to drive interdepartmental collaboration and ensure operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide executive-level advice and guidance to the COO leadership team, challenging and motivating them to achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders and front-line operations teams.
- Drive and take ownership of departmental engagement communications and ad-hoc strategic projects.
