Repair Sales Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Repair Sales Coordinator to join our team at Boon Edam, a global leader in commercial entrance control solutions. As a Repair Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the sale of fixed-priced repairs, glass, supply-only parts, and retrofits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce accurate and timely quotations for customers, ensuring all information is entered into the CRM system and followed up via appropriate communication with the customer.
  • Process incoming orders, ensuring customers provide the correct information.
  • Liaise with field-based Area Service Sales Managers to ensure a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Highly organized with good administration skills.
  • Excellent communicator able to build and maintain customer rapport.
  • Basic knowledge of UK geography.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Good literacy or numeracy skills.
