Compliance and Governance Lead

Baxter International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Internal Audit program, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations worldwide.
About the Role:- Leads the development and implementation of effective audit strategies to meet business objectives
- Manages and coordinates audit teams to ensure timely completion of audits
- Provides expert advice on quality system software and best-practice methodologies
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Global regulations and standards
- Ability to establish relationships across functional boundaries at multiple levels internally / externally
- Ability to independently make quick, sound decisions with limited data and implement appropriate judgment on when to escalate information
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, minimum 7+ years of experience in Quality, Compliance, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field, with 5+ years of management experience preferred. Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
