About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Occupational Therapist to lead a team within Adult Social Care, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for service users. You will provide guidance and support to a dedicated team and contribute to improving the delivery of services in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead Occupational Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of occupational therapists to deliver high-quality care services to adults.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the delivery of services in the community.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess an Occupational Therapy qualification, leadership experience in Adult Social Care, strong knowledge of social care legislation, and a willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
