The Supply Register is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Support Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-term absences and provide valuable support to our students and teachers.

Job Overview: As a Student Support Coordinator, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide essential support to students across various age groups and abilities. Your role will involve assisting with classroom activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and helping to maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support classroom teachers with lesson planning and delivery, including preparing resources and materials.
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals to ensure the smooth running of the classroom.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements: Previous experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a teaching assistant or classroom assistant. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to build effective relationships with students, teachers, and colleagues.
