Academic Mentorship Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Academic Mentorship Coordinator to provide personalized education services to students in need in Exeter, Devon.
The successful candidate will possess excellent teaching skills, be creative, and patient in engaging with students who may require additional support.
As an Academic Mentorship Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized lesson plans, monitor student progress, and support effective learning outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design and deliver tailored educational programs to cater to students' diverse needs
- Provide high-quality, 1:1 tuition to students in their homes or within the community in Exeter, Devon
- Collaborate with our team to track student progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust instruction accordingly
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Proven experience in teaching students with SEN or those who are disengaged
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
