About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Teaching Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support students with their educational activities and promote a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering educational programs and activities
- Support students with their learning and behavior, providing individualized care and attention
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an education setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
