This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with healthcare professionals and local organisations to develop tailored support plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with a dedicated team to support residents in achieving their goals.
  • Build trust with residents to facilitate seamless transitions to independent living.
  • Utilise evidence-based techniques, such as SCM, to deliver high-quality, psychologically informed care.
What We Offer
  • An estimated salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
