CDM Compliance Manager

About the Role
MWH Treatment is seeking a highly skilled CDM Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Alliance, you will be responsible for owning the CDM processes and procedures, ensuring compliance within the design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively oversee CDM compliance, ensuring regulations and objectives are consistently met with other appointed duty holders, leading by example.
- Produce timely and accurate CDM compliance reports and pre-construction information, distributing to those who require input or visibility, including the HSE.
- Review design assumptions and design risk assessments to ensure hazards have been eliminated or reduced to as low as is reasonably practicable.
- Ensure designs comply with Anglian Water 'Safe to Operate' requirements, considering operational staff's wellbeing and overall project costs.
- Develop and deliver Health & Safety training packages to designers and suppliers, optimizing best practice and knowledge sharing across the Alliance.
- Partner closely with the Anglian Water CDM Discipline Head to best meet CDM and the Client's requirements, pushing innovation and processes to ensure compliance in the most efficient fashion.
