About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and flexible Supply Primary Teacher to work closely with a range of schools across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for dedicated teachers to provide high-quality education, stepping in to cover staff absences and ensuring that pupils continue to thrive in their learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging and effective lessons to primary-aged pupils in a variety of schools.
  2. Ensure smooth continuity of learning during teacher absences by following lesson plans and adapting to the needs of each class.
  3. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, promoting good behavior and a love of learning.
  4. Support children of varying abilities and backgrounds, ensuring inclusive education for all.
  5. Collaborate with school staff to provide consistent and high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
Requirements
  1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  3. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively in new classroom environments.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  5. Passion for supporting children's learning and well-being, with a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
