About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing agency, specializing in medical staffing solutions. As a Medical Staffing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and place talented professionals within our client base. You will work closely with our sales team to develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit for specific roles
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and preferences
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and client visits
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive revenue growth while ensuring high-quality assurance standards

Requirements:

• A full UK driving license is essential for this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality
• Proven experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
