Job Summary
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of care staff, developing and implementing care plans, providing guidance and training to staff, and collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including:
