Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Manager to join our team in North Norfolk. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a team of mental health professionals who provide specialist services to children and young people in our communities.

Your primary focus will be on providing clinical leadership and direction to your team, ensuring that our services are delivered to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing new initiatives to improve our services and outcomes for young people.

In this role, you will work closely with our Service Manager, Principal Clinical Psychologist, and Consultant Psychiatrist to ensure that our services are aligned with the needs of our clients and the wider community.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience of working in a senior clinical leadership role, with a strong track record of managing teams and developing services.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to various locations within North Norfolk.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £46,148 to £52,809 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
