Main Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Community Learning Manager to join our team in North Norfolk. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of practitioners who provide mental health and psychologically informed services for children and young people in our communities.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, with experience in staff management and supervision. You will be able to demonstrate leadership in a mental health care environment, including service development and risk assessment. Additionally, you will have experience working with complex case management and be able to build on and develop further knowledge of psychosocial interventions and health promotion and recovery.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or equivalent, or HCPC registered
  • Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in area of clinical / therapeutic practice
  • Post basic teaching qualification
  • ILM certificate in management or equivalent
