Job Title: Adult Community Learning Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Community Learning Coordinator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. As a key member of our community team, you will be responsible for managing a team that provides mental health and psychologically informed services for children and young people in our communities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of mental health professionals providing services to children and young people in our communities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of our services and support to young people.
  • Work closely with the Service Manager, Principal Clinical Psychologist, and Consultant Psychiatrist to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to supporting young people and their families.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in a senior clinical role, including staff management and supervision.
  • Knowledge of medication and its effects, as well as psychosocial interventions and health promotion.
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, young people, and their families.
