The successful candidate can expect a salary of £45,000 per annum for this permanent, full-time position in the City of London.

**Job Description**

As our Office Manager / Team Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth operation of our office and team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the founder with diary management, meeting organization, travel research, and bookings
  • Providing administrative support to the wider team when necessary
  • Meeting and greeting guests, as well as gatekeeping and answering calls
  • Ordering office supplies as needed
  • Planning and executing company events (typically 2-3 events per year)
  • Preparing reports and presentations to a high standard
  • Conducting regular email updates to our founders and partners
  • Assisting with project coordination and following up on tasks and deadlines
  • Helping to update the website with relevant content and information
  • Supporting the recruitment process and assisting with onboarding
  • Being the first point of contact for all suppliers and contractors
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office systems as needed

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager / Team Assistant
  • Experience in a smaller organization is desirable
  • Knowledge of the NFP space is beneficial
  • Ability to create strong foundations and implement new systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
