Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team at the Hope & Anchor, a vibrant pub located in the picturesque fishing village of Hope Cove, South Devon.

About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to our guests, working closely with our talented kitchen team to ensure seamless service. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our guests, using locally sourced produce and adhering to our menu specifications.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, working with the kitchen team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Contribute to the success of our kitchen team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
