About the Job

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Night Shift Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of night shift colleagues and driving sales growth in our store.

The role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire their team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example, demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and colleagues
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about products and services, making recommendations to customers where possible
  • Ensuring that all areas of the store are maintained to a high standard, meeting Tesco's operational standards

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience of leading a team
  • Able to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

We offer a salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
