About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team in Norwich. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing proposals, producing and negotiating project-specific designer agreements, and ensuring the project design is reviewed and mitigating Health & Safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the design process, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget.
- Produce and negotiate project-specific designer agreements, scope of works, and design management plans.
- Review and mitigate Health & Safety issues, ensuring the project design is safe and compliant.
- Manage a realistic design programme and information required schedule, satisfying design, procurement, and construction requirements.
- Provide input into the design team's Performance Development Reviews.
- Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement programmes and innovation.
