We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our property by maintaining its infrastructure, equipment, and systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Repairing plumbing issues to prevent disruptions to our guests
  2. Maintaining heating and cooling systems to ensure a comfortable environment
  3. Ensuring the safety of our guests and staff through proactive measures
  4. Improving the overall functionality of the hotel through effective maintenance

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in maintenance, preferably in a similar establishment. Your skills should include:

  1. Carpentry: Proficiency in carpentry techniques to repair or replace fixtures and fittings
  2. Plumbing: Experience in plumbing repairs and maintenance to prevent leaks and water damage
  3. Electrical work: Knowledge of electrical systems to diagnose and repair faults safely
  4. Painting and decorating: Ability to paint and decorate areas to maintain a high level of presentation
