Job Title: Maintenance Team MemberJob Description

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain precise records and documentations according to established policies and procedures using our efficient maintenance reporting system.
  2. Inform the Maintenance Manager and/or Group Property Manager of any incidents or outstanding tasks affecting hotel operations or guest services before the end of each shift.
  3. Collaborate in and complete scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager/Group Property Manager.
  4. Rigorously adhere to guidelines related to Fire, Health & Safety, Security, and HACCP within our Group Policies and Procedures.
  5. Sustain impeccable cleanliness and presentation in public areas.
