We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and support to support staff, ensuring the safety and dignity of our residents
  • Maintaining skills and knowledge, ensuring care is delivered according to the latest guidelines and best practice evidence
  • Ensuring the ongoing safety of service users, residents, staff, and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes
  • Ensuring clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used
  • Acting as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice
  • Taking charge of the unit regularly, accepting responsibility for the smooth and effective running of the unit
  • Helping to maintain the security of the building and its environment

Preferred skills and experience include:

  • Previous older people's care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services

We offer a competitive salary of £20.00 per hour, with the annual salary up to £45,760 per annum. We have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive:
