About the Role

Oliver's Travels is seeking a highly skilled Ski Chalet Product Specialist to join our dynamic product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing, maintaining, and developing our unique portfolio of chalet properties.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team of travelers to expand the Oliver's Travels brand. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for forging successful relationships with suppliers and working collaboratively with wider teams to achieve strategic targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the ski industry or extensive work experience within the Alps. You will be an excellent negotiator with strong data management and administrative skills. A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and grow the chalet programme by contracting new and existing properties to the required brief and standards.
  2. Liaise with property owners, suppliers, and agents to resolve queries and issues.
  3. Manage and maintain successful supplier relationships.
  4. Perform data entry tasks, including CRM, Salesforce, and Booking System.
  5. Update properties on our website to meet team targets and maintain product quality.
  6. Lead the way in presenting the chalet programme on our website to ensure it stands out.
  7. Assist the sales team with queries regarding pricing, availability, and property listings.
  8. Support the Concierge team in offering additional services, such as ski school, lift passes, and ski hire.
  9. Work with the Customer Services team to monitor and act on quality issues.
  10. Liaise with the marketing team on special offers and marketing campaigns.
  11. Promote the company and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers.
